about

"Fool’s Gold" is a 16-minute epic tour de force of post-prog song-writing, divided into three parts. Whereas Glutton's debut full-length "Parts of Animals" was primarily instrumental, their atmospheric and poetic volumes now also feature rich vocal parts with alluring harmonies and well-wrought lyrics in both Norwegian and English. Fool's Gold takes you from a tender, minimalist intro through a soft ballad, exhilerating psychedelics to anthemic, stadium-sized choruses - and back into an uneasy recline.
